Kota Kinabalu: A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) and Blu Hope Ventures Sdn Bhd, to initiate converting plastic waste into synthetic oil and gas.
The Kota Kinabalu Plastic Neutral Project programme would see the byproducts used in industries and factories.
