SANDAKAN: Elopura Assemblyman Calvin Chong urged Sandakan Municipal Council to be more attentive in addressing the issues faced by residents at Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR) of Taman Harmoni.
He said many problems were raised by residents ranging from cleanliness, safety, stray animals and sewage system, among others.
