PENAMPANG: Pupils and secondary school students in Sabah with citizen status can now have their documents certified by Grade 41 and above government officials in the Management and Professional level, for school purposes.
However, pupils and children with non-citizen status are still required to have their documents certified by the NRD for schooling purposes.
