Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu has spoken about the impact of manager Brendan Rodgers.
The Turkish centre-half has been one of the most impressive defenders in the Premier League in the past two seasons.
Rodgers, who has been with Leicester for two and a half years, has them on the brink of Champions League qualification this term.
They also have an FA Cup final to contest against Chelsea in May.
"Everybody says positive things about him because he treats everyone equally," the defender told Sky Sports.
"That's very important and that makes him different, perhaps, to some other managers.
"He knows his players well, that's the second thing, and he knows how to get the best out of them for that reason.
"As a human being, he's a great man on and off the pitch. I believe that with him in charge, there's a great opportunity for all the young players at Leicester to get into the team."
