Chelsea have confirmed that fans will have their chance to see the club's Champions League trophy in the coming weeks or months.
The Blues ended the season in the best possible way, winning the Champions League against Manchester City on Saturday.
A first half goal from Kai Havertz was enough to clinch the trophy, which is the club's second.
The team is already back in the UK following the game in Porto, and players will now spend time with their families before the European Championships get underway.
A club tweet read: "Straight back to Cobham.
