Guardiola saw City confirmed champions last night after Manchester United lost at home to Leicester City. It was the Catalan's third Premier League title since joining City.
The City manager was delighted for the triumph and paid tribute to everyone connected to the club, as they mark a fifth league title triumph in ten years.
