Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk has delivered an update on his rehab after knee surgery.

Van Dijk is now in the final stretch of his recovery, which has cost him almost the entire season and also the summer Euros campaign with Holland.
However, the stopper insists he's in good spirits and upbeat about the future. Van Dijk also says knowing the fans will be back at Anfield next season is a huge motivation for him as he works on his rehab.
