Barcelona defender Gerard Pique says the manner of victory at Valencia sent a message over their title ambitions.

Pique praised the character and mentality shown by Barca for Sunday's win at the Mestalla, declaring that it showed they're capable of maintaining a 100 per cent record to the end of the season.
The veteran defender insists if they win their remaining games then Barca will lift the title and insists winning trophies - like the Copa del Rey - is all that matters to the club.
