Inter Milan GM Beppe Marotta says the new champions hope to be active in the summer market.
However, he warned their transfer budget will be reduced due to Italy's stadium lockout.
After their title triumph was confirmed on Sunday, Marotta stated: "We know that we are in a difficult time for sport, not only in football, and this inevitably affects the decisions of the big clubs.
"For example, we have lost about 70 million (euros) in revenues. Also for this reason the 'power' on the transfer market will be reduced. Comparisons will be legitimate, fair, as will be made in other clubs.
"All together we need to think about certain costs that are certain and about revenues that are uncertain."
