Chelsea are closing on a deal for Trabzonspor midfielder Abdulkadir Omur.
The exciting 21 year-old prospect has been linked with clubs across Europe.
Fotorspor says Chelsea are in talks with Trabzonspor to sign Omur and already have a development plan for him.
Omur will sign for the Blues and be sent on-loan to CSKA Moscow, should all go to plan.
Chelsea expect to sign the midfielder for €12-13m after the Euros before sending him to CSKA next season.
