Fenerbahce have made an offer for Liverpool attacker Xherdan Shaqiri.
Sabah says Fenerbahce have bid for Shaqiri but are being told by Liverpool the Swiss will only leave permanently.
The Istanbul-based outfit want the Swiss international on loan but with an option to buy at the end of the season.
The Reds aren't having any of that though and are demanding a permanent deal from the start with a €7million (just over £6million) asking price for the 29-year-old.
