Abendzeitung reports Chelsea are prepared to cough up to convince Bayern to part with the Germany international.
With just over a year to run on his existing contract, Sule is pricing himself out of a new deal at Bayern.
As such, the German giants are willing to listen to offers for the 25 year-old in the coming months.
