The England winger is expecting to depart Dortmund this summer.
Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea are all vying for his signature.
And Dortmund have identified Lille star Jonathan Ikone as Sancho's replacement.
According to France Football, the German club are prepared to offer €25m for the 23-year-old.
Ikone, who has four caps for France, has been instrumental for Lille this season as they look to wrap up the Ligue 1 title this weekend.
Dortmund have also identified Donyell Malen (PSV), David Neres (Ajax) and Pedro Goncalves (Sporting CP) as other options.
