Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was delighted for Scott Carson after last night's victory at Newcastle United.

The match marked the veteran's debut, which saw the former England international save a penalty - though Newcastle scored from the rebound.
Carson was given a guard of honour by his City teammates before his debut, showing his popularity amongst the squad. Guardiola also had praise for Ferran Torres after his hat-trick in the 4-3 win.
