PSG chief Leonardo has informed the agent of Moise Kean that they wish to buy him.
On a straight loan this season from Everton, Kean has been outstanding for PSG at home and in Europe.
And Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira says Leonardo has now opened talks with agent Mino Raiola about a deal for Kean.
Schira states Leonardo has informed Raiola that PSG are willing to hand Kean a long-term five-year contract.
Former club Juventus are also interested in the Italy international.
