FCN coach Flemming Pedersen says Kamaldeen Sulemana could handle a move to Manchester United.
United had scouts in the stands to see FCN's 2-2 draw with FC Copenhagen yesterday in a game also attended by Ajax chief Marc Overmars.
Asked about the United presence, Poulsen said afterwards: "Yes, I can (see him joining United). There's not really a place he cannot commit.
"Yes with the right club and the right environment, because what it's about is also playing time.
"Although he is ready for the top of one of the major leagues in Europe, it is clear that he cannot get as much playing time if the team already has two or three of his types. Playing time is still important as a young player."
