Tenom: Villagers of Kg Motolop Ulu Pangi, here, want Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor to intervene and stop logging activity allegedly being carried out by people working for Sabah Forest Industries (SFI) Sdn Bhd but within their village area.
Village Chief Soromon Pesaly Tandun, 57, said the logging activity is akin to denying the rights of the natives who have been living for generations.
He said their case concerns their continued survival in this remote area.
