Matt Targett has signed a new contract with Aston Villa.
The 25 year-old defender has penned terms to 2025.
"There are a lot of changes in the club and it is really an exciting time to be a part of the project, so tying my future to the club for another two years is fantastic and I can not wait to continue on this journey," said Targett.
The former England U21 defender has played a total of 64 matches for Aston Villa in almost two years.
He moved to Villa Park in 2019 from Southampton.
