Davide Ballardini admits he wants to stay as Genoa coach next season.
Ballardini was appointed for the fourth time at Genoa in December, as he replaced Ronaldo Maran.
He told TMW: "We spoke with the President yesterday. Both he and [Francesco] Marroccu are somewhat influenced, and I think we will see each other at the end of this week.
“The last word belongs to the President, if I'm hear today and we have achieved something great, it's also thanks to him because he asked me to come.
“There's a contract and I think I will stay, but we need to talk first."
