John Stones says Manchester City's 'unbelievable' achievements should not be underestimated.
The Sky Blues have claimed the Premier League and League Cup this, and can add the Champions League this season if they beat Chelsea on May 29.
"To have achieved what we have in this season is incredible," Stones told the club's website.
"In these times with COVID with games every three days it shouldn't be underestimated.
"Everyone has come together as one and I'm really proud of every single one of the people here
"We have just gelled together so well.
"Now we've got another game to go and the chance to make more history."
