Celta Vigo president Carlos Mourino has admitted interest in Wolves striker Rafa Mir.
Mir has just completed an outstanding loan with Huesca in the LaLiga and his form has attracted interest from across Spain, including Barcelona.
Asked about the centre-forward, Mourino told AS: "You're right. He would fit in for Celta and for many teams because he is a magnificent player.
"Since a name is given until something can be done, it is a very difficult route. Besides, he belongs to an English team and it is not easy to negotiate with the English.
"But on the other hand, he has done very well and surely has many teams behind him."
