Genk are interested in Aston Villa striker Mbwana Samatta.
Samatta is currently on loan with Fenerbahce this season, with the Turkish outfit set to sign the Tanzania international in the summer for around £5.5 million. But there has been talk of Fenerbahce looking to move Samatta on in the summer, with a return to Genk a possibility.
Genk chief Dimitri de Conde told Het Belang Van Limburg, "Samatta is certainly on our list.
"But we are not going to do atypical Genk transfers."
