Kota Kinabalu: Coordinated efforts is needed to deal with domestic violence and sexual assaults which have intensified since the outbreak of the Covid-19, said former Assistant Minister of Law and Native Affairs, Jannie Lasimbang (pic).
“We must strive to improve systems that can work strategically to protect victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and the government should a play a coordinating role in dealing with this issue and strengthen social protection.
