Wantaway Tottenham striker Harry Kane is favouring a move to champions Manchester City, it has been revealed.

The Mirror says Kane, 27, has made it clear he wants to leave White Hart Lane this summer with the driving force of winning trophies and City would offer the best opportunity.

Kane believes City are ready to follow up their interest with a bid and the England captain wants Tottenham to listen to any offers.

Want-away Kane is on £200,000-a-week and knows he could earn way more and this summer could be his big chance for a huge contract and mega deal with signing-on fee and extras taking him to a whole new ball park.

City appear to be in the driving seat, Manchester United are keeping tabs on developments while Tottenham would be hugely reluctant to sell to London rivals Chelsea.

City are believed to have made discreet enquiries as they look to bring in a new centre forward this summer as their No1 priority.
