Former Italy striker Christian Vieri is backing Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez for a move to Atletico Madrid.
Vieri is a former Atletico and Inter star.
He said, “I throw the bomb: Lautaro Martínez will go to Atlético de Madrid. They say it's done. Well paid, they say."
Lautaro has a deal to 2023 with Inter, but his future with Inter is again in doubt after a blow-up with coach Antonio Conte at the end of victory over Roma.
At Atletico, Lautaro would find fellow Argentine Diego Simeone, who is a big fan of the striker.
