Aston Villa are the 2020/21 FA Youth Cup winners after they defeated Liverpool in this season's final on Monday night.
Villa set up the triumph with two early goals and managed to survive a late fight-back from Liverpool to win the title 2-1 on the evening.
Almost 5,000 fans attended Villa Park to roar on their youngsters as first Ben Chrisene and then Brad Young swooped to fire the hosts into an early 2-0 lead.
Villa would later hit the woodwork of Liverpool's goal twice before substitute Melkamu Frauendorf set up an exciting finale when his volley was diverted into the net by Seb Revan with 17 minutes remaining.
But it wasn't enough for the visitors as Villa's players kept Liverpool at bay to close out the game and win deservedly on the night.
Chrisene struck on seven minutes before Young won a penalty minutes later under a challenge from Liverpool first teamer Billy Koumetio. The attacker dusted himself off to convert the spotkick past Liverpool goalkeeper Harvey Davies.
Liverpool would strike late in the second-half via a deflected effort from Frauendorf, but it wasn't enough as Villa held on for the 2-1 triumph.
