Barcelona intend to sell Emerson Royal this summer.
Marca says Barcelona's plans to raise funds this summer involve Emerson, the Brazilian right-back who has been at Real Betis for the last two-and-a-half years.
The Blaugrana already have a financial interest in the 22-year-old and have the option to bring him to the Camp Nou for nine million euros.
The idea is to sign Emerson and then sell him on to one of a number of interested clubs.
This is a move that has its risks for Barcelona, as the fee is not insignificant and the right-back position is not a priority area, as it is already well covered by Sergino Dest, Oscar Mingueza and Sergi Roberto.
