Kota Kinabalu: Non-practising lawyer Dolly Chin’s two-year-old start-up firm Tolong (Help) Teknologi is using its own app to help employers find workers to meet their manpower needs.
The business started off in 2019 with a co-founder partner, also involved in the food and beverage business like her husband, at the height of Sabah’s tourism boom when much help was needed to serve the influx of some four million tourists.
