Chelsea have announced the signing of Manchester City fullback Benjamin Mendy - mistakenly!
The Mirror reports Mendy's name has appeared on the list of options for Blues fans to choose from when personalising the name on the back of their shirt on the club's online shop.
The left-back is not to be confused with current Blues keeper Eduoard Mendy, who has his own option for fans wanting his name on their new kit. City's left-back was eventually removed from the website.
City player Mendy is not the only 'new' signing among the Chelsea squad, with the website listing players from both the men's and women's teams.
Also named is Manchester United Women winger Lauren James, who is the sister of current Chelsea star Reece.
