Former Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has congratulated Roma for appointing new coach Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho won the Treble with Inter under Moratti.
Moratti said: “Roma have made a fantastic signing in Mourinho.
“Who would have thought it, perhaps he could have returned to Inter; I'd have been happy with that."
Mourinho replaces Paulo Fonseca, who has now left Roma with the season concluded.
