Kota Kinabalu: Three construction workers failed in their appeal at the High Court here against their conviction and sentence of 20 years’ jail for causing the death of an elderly man five years ago.
Judicial Commissioner Amelati Parnell in delivering her ruling on Monday dismissed the trio’s appeal and affirmed the decision of the Sessions Court.
