Crystal Palace are launching an offer for FC Copenhagen defender Victor Nelsson.
Ekstra Bladet says Palace are in search of younger defenders, with Mamadou Sakho, Scott Dann, James Tomkins and Gary Cahill all in the veteran status.
Nelsson is currently preparing to captain Denmark at the U21 Euros next week.
Palace are readying a first offer for Nelsson, but will face competition.
Burnley boss Sean Dyche is also keen on bringing the young stopper to England this summer.
