Jose Mourinho insists the pressure of being Roma coach won't be a problem for him.
Mourinho will replace Paulo Fonseca at the end of the season.
“When I make important decision, I make sure I have all the information I need at my fingertips," he said.
“This is the best tactic because it's impossible to make decisions without knowing all the details and taking the time to understand them.
“I never let outside noise affect my decisions."
He continued: “The pressure is always present in football. We focus on the basics and our preparation and keep the environment fun but committed and professional.
“For me, every game has pressure because they all mean different things. There's pressure with a derby, a semi-final, a Final to win the trophy and three points to climb in the table and not lose your position."
