Kota Kinabalu: Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin today announced a nationwide Movement Control Order from May 12 to June 7, however, all economic sectors will be allowed to operate.
Social events such as Hari Raya visits, wedding banquets, birthday parties and official events will be banned during that period.
Restrictions on interdistrict and interstate travel as well as those on the education, social and sports sectors will remain in place until June 6.
