Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Datuk Yong Teck Lee (pic) said among key assets long overdue to prevent Abu Sayyaf and other criminals from causing trouble in Sabah is a full-fledged Maritime Enforcement base in Lahad Datu, the home of the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom).
