Premier League clubs will have to wait until July to sign Barcelona playmaker Philippe Coutinho.
Sky Sportshave claimed Arsenal and Everton are both interested in the former Liverpool man.
However, Coutinho underwent knee surgery last month and will miss this summer's Copa America.
It is unlikely his future will be decided for at least another eight weeks as his rehabilitation continues.
Barca are keen to offload Coutinho after he made just 14 appearances this season.
The 28-year-old has failed to live up to expectations since his big money move from Liverpool in 2018.
