Konate is understood to be one of the centre-back options that Liverpool are considering signing, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Reports have claimed that the 21-year-old will be heading to Anfield this summer.
It's suggested Liverpool are targeting just one centre-back in the summer with Konate on a list of five potential signings.
