LABUAN: The Association of Labuan Trust Companies with several other entites under the Labuan International Business and Financial Industry have filed a judicial review seeking to challenge the decision of the Director General and the Minister of Finance over the interpretation of several sections, requirements of the Labuan Business Activity Act (LBATA)
The application filed in the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak here named the Director General of Inland Revenue as first defendant and Minister of Finance as the second defendant.
