Cagliari coach Leonardo Semplici is eager to see a deal for Radja Nainggolan settled.
The Inter Milan midfielder is wanted back by Cagliari after last season's loan.
“I hope so," Semplici told Corriere dello Sport. “He is a player capable of shifting the balance and having him immediately would be very important.
“The club is working and I believe that Cagliari have an ambitious President who, despite the difficulties everyone goes through, will be able to set up a competitive team."
Cagliari are in talks to sign Nainggolan permanently from Inter for next season.
