AC Milan are ready to welcome back Brahim Diaz from Real Madrid for the new season.
Milan has reached an agreement with Real Madrid for Diaz to return to the San Siro.
A loan deal has been agreed with a permanent option set at €22m.
Real Madrid, however, also have a buy-back option priced at €27m. The Blancos will be able to exercise it within a year.
Diaz spent last season on-loan with the Rossonero.
