Arsenal have failed with an offer for Shakhtar Donetsk striker Manor Solomon.
That's according to Ukraine journalist Igor Tsyganyk, who reports the Gunners tabled a €20m bid for the forward.
However, while Shakhtar are willing to sell, they're insisting Arsenal must go higher if they want Solomon.
His contract is due to expire in 2023 - and at the same time, Solomon has no plans to renew the agreement.
Last season, the 21-year-old Israeli played 35 matches for Shakhtar, scoring 11 goals and producing one assist.
