SANDAKAN: The Public Works Department here will appoint an independent consultant to study and design a new bridge for the road at the Libaran Bypass SPS2 to Fulliwah Sandakan.
Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin (pic) said the road was completed in 2014 but could not be used due to damage which happened twice.
