Chelsea could be close to sealing the transfer of Achraf Hakimi from Inter Milan.

According to Ekrem Konur, a respected journalist, Hakimi has given the okay to Chelsea for the transfer to take place.
The 22-year-old, who played 45 times for Inter as they won Serie A this past season, may be sold by the Italian club as they look to balance the books.
Italian reports had previously suggested that Inter would only sell Hakimi for a very significant fee, but Chelsea may be willing to go big for such a talented wing back.
