The father of David Alaba insists they didn't walk out on Bayern Munich.
Alaba is joining Real Madrid in a Bosman deal at the end of the month.
And father, George, insists they gave Bayern the chance to renew his deal: "A few things did not go well.
"Those responsible know what happened in the talks. I can only say one thing: the fronts were hardened in the end."
On moving to Real Madrid, Alaba's father added: "David knew from the start that he wanted to join this club when he left Bavaria."
