Anderlecht have been priced out of a move for Chelsea defender Mike Miazga.
The American international had expressed his desire to remain with Vincent Kompany's side after spending the last season on loan.
But an agreement couldn't be reached between the two clubs and Miazga will now return to west London, per Goal.
Chelsea are still hoping to sell the 25-year-old in a permanent deal or loan him out until his contract expires in the summer of 2022.
Miazga joined Chelsea from New York Red Bulls in 2016 and has made two appearances for the club.
