Aston Villa have submitted an improved offer for Arsenal youngster Emile Smith Rowe.
The Gunners knocked back an offer of £25m from Villa for the 20-year-old last week.
Football Insider says Villa have returned with a bid of £30m.
Arsenal are not interested in selling their academy graduate.
They are instead working on convincing the talented playmaker to sign a new contract.
Smith Rowe, who has made 37 appearances for the Arsenal first-team, is out of contract in 2023.
