Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld has sung the praises of Denmark teammate Mikkel Damsgaard
The Sampdoria winger stepped in for Christian Eriksen in defeat to Euro opponents Belgium and shone on the night.
Alderweireld was impressed and stated afterwards: "He played a good match.
"Between the lines he was very mobile and he is good with both feet.
"Especially in the first half, he showed great quality. He's a really good player, but he got a little harder in the second half because we as a team did better, but yes, he's a really good player."
