Arsenal's new loan doesn't carry restrictions on spending in the transfer market.
Football.London says a loan taken out earlier this year could help to cover the costs of their summer transfer spree.
The Gunners took out a £120m loan at the start of 2021 to help cover for the financial impact of the UK's stadium lockouts.
That has subsequently been repaid, although a second loan was taken out just last month. It has been suggested that there are no restrictions on the loan, giving Arsenal the freedom to spend on transfers before player sales this summer.
However, Arsenal are in the process of moving a number of players on, all of whom could bring in a significant transfer fee.
