Manchester United have settled personal terms with Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho over a massive contract package.

The Daily Star says Sancho will pocket £250,000-a-week when his long-awaited move to United is finally sealed - despite playing a reduced role at Euro 2020.

And that will represent a massive pay rise for the England forward, whose basic salary with German outfit Borussia Dortmund stands at £100,000 a week.

United, though, have been forced into giving him a significantly bigger wage packet at Old Trafford because of Sancho's bumper bonus package with the Bundesliga outfit.

Sancho's representatives were initially demanding close to £350,000 per week for him to sign for United in their proposed £80m summer swoop.

But United, whose highest paid star at the club is second-choice keeper David de Gea - on £370,000 a week - refused to agree to put Sancho in that top pay bracket.
