About to enter the final year of his contract at Wolves, Patricio is the subject of intense interest from Roma.
As such, Wolves are shopping around for a replacement and are eyeing Olympiakos keeper Jose Sa.
Sky Italia says Wolves will move for Sa should Roma meet their €12m valuation for Patricio.
Sa, 28, is rated at around €10m by his Greek club.
